Sponsoring a Special Friend
At Clean Slate, we offer sanctuary for farm animals whom we've rescued from the food industry, as well as several of our cats and dogs who require special placements before we would consider adopting them out. Whether as a result of logistics (as in the farm animals), or disposition and/or old age, these lucky guys will likely be with us for a long time.
As is the case with all of our animals, however, considerable resources are required to give each of these folks two square meals a day, a warm bed to sleep in, and room to roam. For this reason, we offer opportunities for individuals and families to sponsor every member of our Clean Slate menagerie. The cost of sponsorship is $35 for any of our animals, from the smallest kitten to our oversized saddle-bred horse. When you sponsor a Clean Slate companion, you'll receive a color photograph of your new friend, a signed certificate naming you as sponsor, and the knowledge that you are helping someone very special live out their life in peace and tranquility.
