Clean Slate is an animal rescue comprised of animal lovers concerned for not only the welfare of all creatures great and small, but also the future of the planet itself. Our mission is:

To provide an environmentally sound, temporary facility for homeless animals until loving forever homes can be found,

To create a rescue network through which to relocate homeless animals from economically depressed regions to more rescue-friendly areas of the U.S.,

To produce and distribute resource materials designed to assist individuals, foster families, and animal rescue organizations in caring for animals in more efficient, humane, and environmentally sound ways, and

To educate the public about the importance of spaying and neutering, and the value and viability of earth-friendly pet care.
